    Orders that are placed after 12:00 PM EST are processed the next business day. Our business days are Monday to Friday, we do not ship or process orders on Saturday or Sunday.
  • When will my package be delivered?
    It depends on the local carrier schedule in the receiver’s area. Orders are delivered throughout the day, and may be delivered as late as 5:00 p.m. for businesses and 7:00 p.m. for residences
  • How do I check the status of my order?
    Once your order has shipped, you will receive a notification via email which includes your tracking information. You may track the progress of your package by visiting UPS.com.
  • How much does shipping and handling cost?

  • What is your return policy?
    We want you to be thrilled with every purchase you make from MyWishWrap.com – but we know that sometimes you may need to exchange or return an item. That’s why we offer an easy, no-hassle 30-day return policy. You may return unworn, unwashed merchandise with all tags attached within 30 days for an exchange or refund. All returned items must be in their original packaging. Items that do not meet this criteria are not returnable. If we shipped an incorrect or defective item, we will reimburse you for the cost of returning the item to us and ship the correct item to you at no cost to you upon receiving your return. Credits or charges due will be issued to the original credit card. Please allow 2-3 weeks from the return shipped date for your account to be credited, and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. Initial shipping fees as well as return and exchange shipping costs are not refundable.
