Order & Shipping FAQ
Orders that are placed after 12:00 PM EST are processed the next business day. Our business days are Monday to Friday, we do not ship or process orders on Saturday or Sunday.
It depends on the local carrier schedule in the receiver’s area. Orders are delivered throughout the day, and may be delivered as late as 5:00 p.m. for businesses and 7:00 p.m. for residences
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a notification via email which includes your tracking information. You may track the progress of your package by visiting UPS.com.

We want you to be thrilled with every purchase you make from MyWishWrap.com – but we know that sometimes you may need to exchange or return an item. That’s why we offer an easy, no-hassle 30-day return policy. You may return unworn, unwashed merchandise with all tags attached within 30 days for an exchange or refund. All returned items must be in their original packaging. Items that do not meet this criteria are not returnable. If we shipped an incorrect or defective item, we will reimburse you for the cost of returning the item to us and ship the correct item to you at no cost to you upon receiving your return. Credits or charges due will be issued to the original credit card. Please allow 2-3 weeks from the return shipped date for your account to be credited, and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. Initial shipping fees as well as return and exchange shipping costs are not refundable.
Sales tax is not applicable to MyWishWrap.com orders in Pennsylvania, the physical location state of MyWishWrap.com. MyWishWrap.com customers from states other than Pennsylvania or shipping to states other than Pennsylvania should refer to the internet sales tax guidelines for that state.
We accept most major credit cards: American Express, MasterCard, Visa, and Discover. All payments must be made in full at the time of shipment. We do not issue gift cards nor can gift cards be used by American Express, Discover, MasterCard or Visa. We are unable to accept checks or money orders.

The Wish Wrap® is a luxuriously soft, cozy, one-size-fits-all blanket wrap to wear at home or out on the go. It comes in nine beautiful colors - each representing a different inspiration or intention. The Wish Wrap® also features a Wish Pocket™, a patent pending pocket inside a pocket with a Wish Card to write down wishes and dreams. You can wear it at home or on the go!
Yes – it has two pockets along with an additional Wish Pocket™, a patent pending pocket inside a pocket with a Wish Card to write down wishes and dreams.
A Wish Pocket™ is a special patent pending pocket inside a pocket. Every Wish Wrap® comes with a Wish Card. The card is for writing down your wishes and dreams. After you write them down you can tuck the card away in the Wish Pocket™ to keep them close to you.
Each Wish Wrap® color signifies a different inspiration or intention. There are nine beautiful colors to choose from. Please see each colors meaning below:

Wish Wrap® donations are made to the complete staff of hospitals and healthcare facilities. If you have a special request regarding Wish Wrap® donations, please send us a message on our Contact Us page. We will carefully review your request and respond within 7-10 business days.
Since 2020, we have taken a nation-wide approach, and have donated to over 20 hospitals and healthcare facilities in over 10 states.
We have an ongoing list of special requests accompanied with our own research of facilities in need. Our goal is to reach all 50 states with Wish Wrap® donations. If you have a special request regarding Wish Wrap® donations, please send us a message on our Contact Us page. We will carefully review your request and respond within 7-10 business days.
We make our donations to the staff of hospitals and healthcare facilities on a quarterly basis annually. Four times a year we load up our Wish Wraps® and tour the country to our selected facilities!
